Update 17 Oct 2008: I have just passed LPI 102. Before some time I passed LPI 101. Now I am officially a certified Linux Junior Administrator I just wonder was it worth learning so much unuseful stuff :))))) I am joking - LPI is quite nice and I have learned a lot All the time I thought it would be quite easy. However it turned to be quite a burden requiring extensive knowledge... My score for LPI 102 is 630 from 500 required. My weakest area (after printing duhhhh) was scripting I guess I will have to write my scripts in python :)))

Most of this stuff is just for fun and should not be used in stable server environment - unless you want your super-important server to be restarted every time yahoo.com cannot be pinged :)))

Bash / Linux has many drawbacks but can be quite handy for 5 mins scripts
